ವಿಷಯ: ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ಬಂಗಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ 2021ರ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಚುನಾವಣೋತ್ತರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಗಲಭೆ, ಹಿಂಸಾಚಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಹತ್ಯಾಕಾಂಡಗಳಿಂದ ಇಡೀ ದೇಶ ದಿಗ್ಭ್ರಮೆ, ಆತಂಕಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ
ಭಾರತವು ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ವಿಶ್ವದ ಅತಿ ದೊಡ್ಡ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗಳು ಹಬ್ಬದ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುತ್ತವೆ. ಇಂತಹ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಹಾಳುಗೆಡವಲು ವಿಚ್ಚಿದ್ರಕಾರಿ ಶಕ್ತಿಗಳು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಜನರ ಮನದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಯ, ಆತಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿ ಮಾಡಿ, ಅಪಾರ ಆಸ್ತಿಪಾಸ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಳುಮಾಡಿ, ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರ ಮಾಡಿ, ಕೊಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಅರಾಜಕತೆಯನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಉದಾಹರಣೆಯಾಗಿ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ಬಂಗಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಅಹಿತಕರ ಘಟನೆಗಳು ತಲೆ ತಗ್ಗಿಸುವಂತಿವೆ. ಈ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಾಗಿರುವ ಕು. ಮಮತಾ ಬ್ಯಾನರ್ಜಿ ರವರು ಮತ್ತು ಆಡಳಿತಾರೂಢ ತೃಣಮೂಲ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಪೂರ್ವದಲ್ಲೇ ಒಂದು ನಿರ್ಧಿಷ್ಟ ಸಮುದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಕುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಬೆದರಿಕೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ದೇಶದ್ರೋಹಿ ಜೆಹಾದೀ ಶಕ್ತಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಪ್ರಚಾರದ ವೇಳೆಯಲ್ಲೇ ನಡೆಯಿತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಗಲಭೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಫಲಿತಾಂಶದ ನಂತರ ವಿಚ್ಚಿದ್ರಕಾರಿ ಶಕ್ತಿಗಳು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಿಂದ ಪ್ರೇರಿತರಾಗಿ ಅವರ ಸೂಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದು, ಚುನಾವಣೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಡೆಗೆ ಪ್ರತೀಕಾರವಾಗಿ, ಹತಾಶೆಯಿಂದ ಪೂರ್ವಸಿದ್ಧತೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹಿಂಸಾಚಾರ, ಗಲಭೆ, ಹೆಣ್ಣುಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರ, ಮಾರಣಹೋಮ, ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ದಾಳಿ, ಅಂಗಡಿ ಮುಂಗಟ್ಟುಗಳ ಲೂಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಬೆಂಕಿ ಹಚ್ಚಿ ವಿಕೃತವಾಗಿ ಸೇಡನ್ನು ತೀರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಯಾವುದೇ ಭಯವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಮೆರೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಜನ ಈ ಹಿಂಸಾಚಾರಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಲಿಯಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ವಸಿತರಾಗಿ, ನಿರ್ಗತಿಕರಾಗಿ, ತಮ್ಮ ಬಂಧುಗಳನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡು ರಕ್ಷಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತ ತಾಣಗಳನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕಿಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಬೇಕಾದ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯು ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗಿದೆ. ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಹಿಂದೂ ಸಮಾಜದ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿರುವ, ಅತಿದೊಡ್ಡ ಸಮುದಾಯವಾದ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ವರ್ಗದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರನ್ನೇ ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಈ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಇಡೀ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರವು ಖಂಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

ದೌರ್ಭಾಗ್ಯವಶಾತ್, ಇದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ತಡೆಯಬೇಕಿದ್ದ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ಬಂಗಾಳದ ಆಡಳಿತಾರೂಢ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಮೌನವಾಗಿರುವುದಲ್ಲದೆ, ಹಿಂಸೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಅನಾಹುತಗಳನ್ನು ತಡೆಯುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಮಾಡಿಲ್ಲ ಬದಲಿಗೆ ಕೆಲವು ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲೀ ತಾನೇ ಈ ಗಲಭೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಚೋದನೆ ನೀಡಿದಂತೆ ಕಾಣಬರುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇದನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಿದರೆ ಆಡಳಿತಾರೂಢ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ತನ್ನದೇ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಕೆಲವು ವಿಚ್ಚಿದ್ರಕಾರಿಶಕ್ತಿಗಳ, ದೇಶದ್ರೋಹಿಗಳ ಮತ್ತು ಜೆಹಾದಿಗಳ ಕಪಿಮುಷ್ಟಿಗೆ ಸಿಲುಕಿ ಅವರ ಕೈಗೊಂಬೆಯಾಗಿ ವರ್ತಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎನ್ನುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂದೇಹವೇ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಇದು ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಅಪಾಯಕಾರಿ. ತೃಣಮೂಲ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ಸಿನ ಕಳೆದ ಎರಡು ಅವಧಿಗಳ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂತಹ ಘಟನೆಗಳು ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಲೇ ಇದ್ದು ಹಿಂದೂ ಸಮಾಜ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಅಸುರಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿದೆ. ಈಗಲೂ ಸಹ ಸೂಕ್ತರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಸಿಗದೇ ಹೋದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂದಿನ ಐದು ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇಡೀ ಹಿಂದೂ ಸಮಾಜ ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ವಲಸೆ ಹೋಗಬೇಕಾಗಬಹುದು ಅಥವಾ ಅದೇ ಸಮಾಜವು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಿರವಾಗಿ ನಿಲ್ಲಲು ಮತ್ತು ಆತ್ಮರಕ್ಷಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಕೆಲವು ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾಗಬಹುದು. ಈ ಸಂಗತಿಗಳು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರದ ಸಮಗ್ರತೆಗೆ ಧಕ್ಕೆಯನ್ನು ತರುವಂತಿದ್ದು ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಸವಾಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇಡೀ ದೇಶವು ಆತಂಕದಿಂದ ಈ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಅವಲೋಕಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಮಹಾಮಹಿಮರೇ,
ಚುನಾವಣೋತ್ತರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ಬಂಗಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದಿರುವ ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಘಟನೆಗಳು ತಮ್ಮಂತಹ ಸೂಕ್ಷ್ಮಮತಿಗಳ ಕಣ್ಣಿನಿಂದ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಪೂರ್ಣ ವಿಚಾರಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಕಿವಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಬೀಳದಿರಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ತಾವು ಇದನ್ನು ಸಹಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ನಮ್ಮದು. ತಾವು ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಸಮರ್ಪಕವಾಗಿ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡು, ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ತ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಯಂತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾನೂನು ಪಾಲನೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ ಸೂಚನೆ, ಆದೇಶ ಮತ್ತು ಅಧಿಕಾರಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ ಶಾಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿ, ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಸಹಜಸ್ಥಿತಿಗೆ ತರುವಂತೆ ವಿನಂತಿಸುವುದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬಂಗಾಲದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಹಿಂದೂಗಳಿಗೆ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ನೀಡಿ, ಕಾನೂನಿನ ಚೌಕಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆಯಿಂದ ಸಹಜವಾಗಿ, ನೆಮ್ಮದಿಯಿಂದ ಬದುಕುವ ಭರವಸೆಯ ವಾತಾವರಣವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುವಂತೆ ವಿನಂತಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ.
ಹಾಗೆಯೇ, ಈ ಗಲಭೆ ಹಿಂಸಾಚಾರ, ಹತ್ಯೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಾರಣರಾಗಿರುವ ದೇಶದ್ರೋಹಿಗಳನ್ನು, ಜೆಹಾದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ತಪ್ಪಿತಸ್ಥರನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಕನಿಕರ ತೋರಿಸದೆ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಕಠಿಣವಾಗಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಿಸುವ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಂಡು, ಭವಿಷ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇನ್ನೆಂದೂ, ಇನ್ನೆಲ್ಲೂ ಇಂತಹ ಅಹಿತಕರ ಘಟನೆಗಳು ಮರುಕಳಿಸದಿರುವಂತೆ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಮತ್ತು ಈ ಹಿಂಸಾಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಲಿಪಶುಗಳಾಗಿರುವ ಅಮಾಯಕರಿಗೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಹಾರಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ ರಕ್ಷಿಸುವಂತೆ ತಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ವಿನಂತಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ.
ತಾವು ಕೂಡಲೇ ಸೂಕ್ತಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವಿರೆಂಬ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ,

Subject: Unprecedented violence and atrocities committed by TMC activists and Jihadists after the 2021 election results in West Bengal.
EXCELLENCY,
The whole country is upset and apprehensive that with the announcement of the election results in West Bengal, the supporters of the ruling TMC party and the Jihadists perpetrated the most sadistic form of violence there! Election is a great festival of democracy of great Bharat, but during the election process itself the way the script of violence was written is a black page in the history of Bharatiya democracy. The threats that the West Bengal Chief Minister Ms. Mamata Banerjee had issued during the election campaign itself, her supporters received her signal and started implementing the same on ground as soon as the election results came. The way the TMC supporters, in league with the Ghazwa-e-Hind Jihadists, brutally murdered innocent and unsuspecting people, looted and burnt down their houses, shops and business establishments, attacked temples, brutally raped women and murdered them, has terrorized the whole of Bengal. The brethren of the scheduled castes and the scheduled tribes communities have been expressly targeted. Thousands of people have been rendered homeless and forced to migrate to safer places.
-2-Unfortunately, the administration of Bengal has either turned a mute spectator of this brutal violence or at some places appears to be a facilitator of violent elements. It seems that the machinery of governance in Bengal has become a puppet in the hands of the rioters. Even during the last two terms of Sushri Mamata Banerjee , the Hindu society in Bengal had been stricken, but the mode and conduct with which this term has been initiated, that makes the whole country realize that if proper checks and balances this time are not exercised with the administration of Bengal, then the Hindu society of Bengal will be forced to live a cursed life during the next 5 years! It might be that at some places the Hindu society could be forced to take some measures in self-defense. Both the scenarios are a matter of concern for the whole country.
Excellency, all these matters cannot escape your fully awakened eyes and ears nationally! We request Your Excellency to use the constitutional powers of your highest offices to give firm and exacting orders to maintain law and order in Bengal so that the Hindu society of Bengal can live peacefully and the rule of law, individual rights and democracy could be ensured in the state. Kindly also ensure that the criminal and Jihadi elements get the harshest of punishment and the victims given due justice.
